Our Fees

Island Associates aims to provide a top quality service to all clients:

• We work to clear project proposals with agreed objectives and timescales
• We ensure effective client liaison arrangements
• We incorporate client feedback at the end of a project into all proposals
• We only work with known associates

For all projects, and after client discussions, we provide a free written proposal prior to issuing a formal contract.

Fees are based either upon a daily rate (or part thereof) or a fixed fee for an agreed assignment. For all projects, and after client discussions, we provide a free written proposal prior to issuing a formal contract.

Daily or hourly rates vary according to the type of work, the length of assignment and the consultant involved. Daily rates are typically between £200 - £350. For fixed fee assignments the client only pays the agreed fee even if the assignment takes longer than originally anticipated. In all cases we also charge for travel and other project expenses (at cost).

Our fees are very competitive and we seek to offer good value and a professional service to all our clients.

• Equality: promoting equality and diversity is fundamental to the way in which Island Associates works as both an employer and a service provider.

• Environmental Management: in delivering our services we also aim to take account of the environmental impact of our activities. In particular, we seek to maximise the use of public transport, minimise our use of office consumables and promote the recycling of waste materials.

• Health & Safety: Island Associates also actively promotes the health and safety of our staff, associates and clients.
